ACC rsi prevention Roof-Step project

Project aim: We're going to be working with Construction Health and Safety New Zealand to see what industrial design can do to reduce the health and safety impacts of working in the building trades. We'll be looking at specific tasks, identifying design interventions that can reduce musculo-skeletal injuries and other long-term health impacts. We'll work with CHASNZ staff as well as tradespeople to understand the problems and evaluate solutions. This is a highly practical project, where you'll be prototyping and testing based on a strong understanding of your users as well as applying ergonomics principles and processes.
